It's been almost a fortnight now since Robert Kazinsky completed his EastEnders location filming in Weymouth. Well we are hearing great things about the exciting scenes that are due to air this July. As usual Soaplife magazine is on top form, giving fans a sneak preview of some of the great Sean Slater action we will see this summer!

But this weeks Soaplife doesn't stop there with the cool stuff. They also have a double page of Rob pics taken during the course of the week, including pictures of Rob on the beach, meeting fans and signing autographs.

and you also get all the information on what's coming up over the next fortnight in EastEnders. For Sean this will include a feud with the Miller family! Soaplife is on sale now, so be sure to pick up a copy!

 

22/04/2008 | Robert Kazinsky coverage from the 2008 TV Now Awards!

Robert Kazinsky has certainly been very busy this month with location filming, nightclub personal appearances as well as an awards ceremony appearance over in Ireland!

At the TV Now Awards over in Ireland, Rob was nominated for the Sexiest TV Star award which he missed out on. However the Irish fans still got to meet him on the red carpet where he signed autographs for fans and posed for photos!

and now you can see all the action yourself of Rob on the red carpet, interacting with fans and an interview with him in the Misc Clips section of the site! You will also find a short clip of him presenting co-star Rita Simons with the award for Best Newcomer, as well as a clip from The Afternoon Show where Rob's fashion effort is discussed. We are not exactly sure what fashion has to do with acting ability, which makes this particular clip very amusing! We'll keep Rob the way he is, thanks, as we don't want him any other way!

19/04/2008 | Robert Kazinsky is back in Ireland tonight for a PA at The Limelight!

Robert Kazinsky will be back in Ireland again tonight, exactly a week after being there for the TV Now Awards (which we hope to bring you some coverage of next week, which will include video clips and photos!)

Rob will appear at The Limelight Nightclub, Glenties tonight (this PA was brought forward a week to tonight) If you attend this appearance, we'd love to hear about it and see any pics you take on the night!

Also this week, be sure to check out both Soaplife and All About Soap magazines (mainly All About Soap as it has more detailed pictures) They both cover the next fortnight ahead in EastEnders, giving you previews of Rob's upcoming episodes playing Sean Slater.

14/04/2008 | Rob to return to Club Sanuk as two new personal appearances are confirmed!

Robert Kazinsky has been booked for 2 new personal appearances, following on from the 10 we announced earlier this year! One of which will see him return to Club Sanuk in Blackpool on Saturday 9th August! Most keen fans will remember that Rob appeared at this particular nightclub on the 10th November last year. This means he will return there less than a year later! So the lucky Blackpool fans have another chance to meet him!

If that wasn't enough, Scottish fans also have another chance of meeting him (aside from City Nightclub, Perth on the 31st May) as he is booked to appear at the Pearl Lounge, Aberdeen on Saturday 20th September!

So to sum it all up, there are 8 chances to meet Rob between now and September! All the dates and venues are as follows:

13/04/2008 | More fans meet Rob in Weymouth and Rob attends the TV Now Awards!

It's been a busy week for Robert Kazinsky, as he's been filming all week in Weymouth, much to the delight of his fans down that way! We have heard nothing but praise for Rob, with fans telling us how nice he is and how exciting it was to meet him.

Loren told me: I met Rob yesterday! Some of the EastEnders cast have been filming down Weymouth all week, so me and my mates got the chance to meet Rob and Barbara Windsor and Samantha Janus!. Rob is such a nice guy and he's even more gorgeous in real life!! He also made sure everyone got an autograph so that was really nice of him. I even got a few pictures aswell! Its been wicked being able to watch EastEnders being flimed and I cant wait to see the episodes on TV!

But fans getting to meet Rob didn't end at Weymouth..... Rob attended the TV Now Awards in Dublin yesterday. Unfortunately Rob didn't win the award he was nominated for... but at least the Irish fans got the chance to meet him!

Laura told me today: Oh my god, I met Rob yesterday in Dublin! He's so nice!

If we can get any pics of Rob from the TV Now Awards we will be sure to post them up. It certainly has been a great week for fans to meet Rob! However if your still yet to meet him, keep an eye on the site next week as we will have news on a couple of new nightclub appearances!

 

12/04/2008 | Forum members meet Rob at the WS1 Nightclub appearance!

Robert Kazinsky made a personal appearance at the WS1 Nightclub in Walsall this time last week and a couple of our very own forum members got to meet him!

Emma told us: He was absolutely gorgeous and so very polite. I can't believe he stood there and had a picture with virtually EVERY person in that club!!! Apart from a few breaks outside to catch his breath (and have a Bud) he was there constantly having pictures taken. The mad thing was, he was the same with everyone. He never looked like he was tiring or getting fed up at all.

Emma meets Rob at WS1 Nightclub on Friday 4th April

Sara told us: Had a great night, he's really nice. Sounds different to how he sounds on tv, much more sweeter. He was lovely, totally agree he's down to earth! Had a great convo with him and we had a little joke together, so now got a nickname for him.

Robert Kazinsky has been in Weymouth all this week filming scenes for future EastEnders episodes tentively scheduled to air in early July. There seems to have been an huge buzz around Weymouth with locals reporting on seeing the cast and crew filming. For more information on news articles reporting on the filming please be sure to check the forum.

Infact one of our very own forum members, Humbug83 lives in Weymouth and she had the following to say:

I live near Weymouth where the Eastenders cast are filming at the moment. Am really enjoying watching all the filming. Stayed out in the freezing cold on the beach last night watching til about midnight! They have been filming til 1-2am in the morning most nights!! Its been really good to watch and I cant wait to see it all together.

We also have a couple of pics taken by fans (one also from Humbug83) from Rob's time in Weymouth, which can be viewed below.

10/04/2008 | Personal Appearance date changes for The Limelight, Glenties and City Nightclub, Perth!

Robert Kazinsky was scheduled to appear at The Limelight, Glenties on the 26th April, however this date has now been brought forward a week and he will now appear at this venue on Saturday 19th April instead!

The appearance at the City Nightclub, Perth has also been changed from the 3rd May (most likely due to the British Soap Awards taking place on the same night) Rob will now appear at City Nightclub on Saturday 31st May

Hopefully these date changes won't have caused any inconvenience and anyone planning to go to either of these can still go. Unfortunately the personal appearances can always be subject to change and the last minute changes are beyond anyones control.

If we hear of any changes to any of the other PA's, we will be sure to post them here.

and finally, as always if you go to any of the appearances be sure to post about meeting Rob on our forum!

 

07/04/2008 | Robert Kazinsky filming in Weymouth this week!

From today Robert Kazinsky and EastEnders co-stars (including Rita Simons, Samantha Janus and Barbara Windsor) will begin to film scenes in Weymouth for future episodes of EastEnders! This is exciting news for Rob fans, as this will be the first time he's had scenes away from Walford/London since Sean Slater arrived during the summer of 2006!

This news was posted on the Dorset Echo website and is quoted below:

WEYMOUTH will be awash with stars when one of the nation's favourite soap operas comes to town next week. After news this week that a new film will be made in Portland Harbour, the BBC has announced that EastEnders will arrive here on Monday.

Weymouth and Portland Borough Council communications manager Jacqui Gisborne is delighted that the television audience, which reaches 10 million, will get to see the town.

She said: "Having so many people seeing Weymouth on television will be great and we look forward to welcoming those viewers here to experience the delights of the town themselves. The locations are so clearly recognisable so it should be a very good showcase for Weymouth. It's fantastic for the town to have this kind of profile and to be associated with such an iconic programme."

The four stars who will be filming scenes are Barbara Windsor, Samantha Janus, Rita Simons and Robert Kazinsky. The four characters they play in the programme are Peggy, Ronnie and Roxy Mitchell and Sean Slater.

The television crews will be filming scenes at the beach, the Esplanade and the harbour during the day and night. A large carousel will be erected on the beach close to the swing boats in preparation for filming.

Seafront operations manager Kevin Good said his beach control team is looking forward to filming as they will be involved.

He said: "It's going to be an exciting week for everybody. The staff have been asked to assist with the filming by undertaking their normal duties outside normal hours on the request of the BBC and the EastEnders crew."

Steve Stokes, the owner of Five Star Beach rides on Weymouth Beach, is bringing his original wooden carousel from Exeter for the filming.

He said: "It's going to be very different from our usual days but we can adapt as long as it doesn't snow."

This visit to Dorset comes after the EastEnders crew filmed scenes for the show in Worth Matravers and Kimmeridge in 2006. Apart from the help of beach control staff there are no planned opportunities for local people to act as extras during filming.

These episodes should air around May/June time so we look forward to seeing them on TV this summer!

Just a quick reminder that Robert Kazinsky is scheduled to make a personal appearance at the WS1 Nightclub in Walsall tonight. This is the 4th PA from our mega list of 10 personal appearances scheduled for the spring/summer!

We are already aware of one forum member planning to attend this personal appearance, so we hope to have lots of news from it over the weekend for you loyal fans out there! 03/04/2008 | More pictures from the Qi Nightclub Mansfield personal appearance!

Well it's now been nearly 3 weeks since Robert Kazinsky made a personal appearance at Qi Nightclub, Mansfield back on 14th March. Since then we have had great feedback from the night, as well as a fan pic appearing in an issue of Closer magazine the other week! Well the content doesn't stop there!

With a big thanks to Sarah Rose (Marketing Manager at Qi) we now have just under a half dozen more pictures from the night to share with you folks! Click the images below or check them out in the Gallery section here!

Sarah told me: "He pulled a face on every photo just to wind me up!! We had a great time, he is really nice."

02/04/2008 | Robert Kazinsky comments on his upcoming storylines and drops hints about his exit in the latest Inside Soap magazine!

Yep! It's that time of week again when we take a look at what exactly is coming up for Sean Slater in EastEnders courtesy of the soap magazines that are for sale every tuesday!

To start off, Inside Soap is most definately worth picking up as it has a story interview with Robert Kazinsky, where he talks about the onscreen chemistry he shares with fellow co-star Rita Simons (who plays Roxy Mitchell) He also talks about where his character is headed and drops hints about his exit which he will film in the autumn. So Rob certainly confirms that he is already aware of how Sean will leave the square at the end of the year... Rob also sets the record straight on recent reports in the tabloids and glossy magazines about his love life. He is single (which he already confirmed on stage at Qi Nightclub, which we have a video of right here!)

Also of interest this week is Soaplife, which contains detailed pics of next weeks Sean scenes (which are better than the ones in Inside Soap) as well as details about the storylines for the week after (remember Soaplife is a fortnightly magazine, so covers 2 weeks of plots!)

Be sure to pick both magazines up if you can!
