The latest issue of Closer magazine has published our very own forum member, Sonia's pic of when she met Robert Kazinsky at Qi Nightclub earlier this month in their celeb pics section.

Speaking of the night the photo was taken, Sonia told us:

Cracking night. My friend got us VIP entry for the night, so we were in the champagne lounge upstairs. Before we knew it Rob was onstage! He's a fanastic bloke, so down to earth. He's got a certain shyness to him that's irrisistable! Wish him well for the future.

and on the photo being published, she later told Closer magazine: "He was just as sexy in the flesh!"

The Qi Nightclub personal appearance was brilliant (I know because I was there too!) and it's cool to still see mention of it, over a fortnight later! Thanks to Sonia for letting us know about this cool news!

It's certainly a busy month for voting for awards this march as following on from the last few days of voting for the British Soap Awards, there is also limited time to place your votes for the TV Now Awards, which will be held in Dublin's Mansion House, Ireland on Saturday 12th April.

The deadline to vote in the 2008 British Soap Awards is fastly approaching, when voting closes this coming Friday (28th March)

There is still time to get your votes in for Rob, where he has been nominated for 2 awards, which are Sexiest Male and Villian of the Year. Rob has been excellent this year playing Sean Slater and definately deserves both awards. If your still not convinced, check out the clips below that prove he has been sexy as well dark and twisted in a villianous way over the last year! Happy Easter from RobertKazinsky.org! Hope everyone has had a good day and not ate too much chocolate! Well, we have a little Easter present for Rob fans that was long overdue to go up on the site....

and on the subject of personal appearances, the next one is in Walsall at the WS1 nightclub on the 4th April (just under a fortnight away!)

Just a quick reminder that Robert Kazinsky is scheduled to appear at the Synergy Nightclub in Warrington tonight! This is the 3rd (out of 10) personal appearances we reported on him making during spring/summer 2008.

Be sure to go and meet him if you can. I met him last week myself and it was one of the best nights I have had in a while. So do not hesitate to go!

If anyone does go who is reading this, please be sure to take pics and consider emailing them to us. We love seeing fan pics and promise that we would love to have them up on the site.

Be sure to pick up a copy of the latest issue of All About Soap magazine as it features a Questions and Answers interview with Rob!

In the interview Rob discusses how Sean is completely unhinged and how much darker he is about to get after the dramatic Easter episodes that are coming up in a few days time. Rob also talks about what's coming up with Sean's lovelife. Is he still hooked on Tanya, or is someone else on the horizon for him?

All About Soap is available now. This week could prove expensive for Rob fans as all 3 soap magazines are worth picking up, which doesn't happen often! (see news dated 18/03/2008 below for details on Soaplife and Inside Soap)

As previously reported Rob made an appearance at the Qi Nightclub in Mansfield this past friday night (14th March) It was a fantastic night and one that I thoroughly enjoyed.

We have a couple of things to share from the personal appearance, which I will put up on the site in 2 seperate updates this week! First off we have a video of Rob's arrival, where he appeared on stage to the Home and Away theme tune! The DJ went on to ask a few amusing questions, but it was all in good fun and Rob didn't seem to mind at all.

18/03/2008 | A big week for Sean Slater in EastEnders and an interview in Soaplife magazine!

We have likely all heard the spoilers about the dramatic plot in EastEnders for this coming Easter involving Sean, Max and Tanya, which is now fast approaching! Sean is set to feature heavily, so EastEnders is not to be missed this coming friday and bank holiday monday!

However if that is not enough, the following week is also set to be action packed by looking at what this weeks soap magazines report To quote Inside Soap: "Brace yourselves to feel sorry for ruthless Sean Slater this week as Tanya Branning kicks him into touch"

Inside Soap previews the upcoming week and Soaplife previews the upcoming fortnight ahead. Soaplife also includes a interview with Rob, where he discusses how Sean feels after the events that unfold over the next fortnight. Both magazines are definately worth picking up this week (Soaplife for the interview with Rob and Inside Soap has some quotes from Rob about his alter ego, Sean Slater's present storyline!)

15/03/2008 | I meet Robert Kazinsky at Qi Nightclub, Mansfield!

As I write this I'm still recovering from the excitment (and yes the drinking) from friday night. I've been reporting about personal appearances now for several months and last night was the first one I ever attended myself and the first time I've ever met Rob!

First of all I want to say that everything I've heard about him is spot on! He is such an easy going, approachable, friendly guy. Nope, he is nothing like Sean Slater in real life and this just proves to me further what a great actor he actually is.

We asked him when he was likely to leave EastEnders and it looks like it will be around the end of October or early November. We also asked if he had any set plans for 2009 and he told us he plans to go over to the USA and see what happens. He showed his appreciation for the site, making it clear that he was very proud of it. He signed the following flyer, dedicating it to the site as an whole..

In short, it was an absolute pleasure to finally meet him. I had a fantastic night and would definately like to go to another of his personal appearances! So if he's in your area over the next 4 months, do not hesitate to go and meet him! I assure you that you will definately not regret it.

Be sure to check back early next week when we will have a video of Rob on stage and of course pictures from the night.

We'd like to take this opportunity to introduce the folks that help put this site together and keep it running as it would be nothing without them!

Neil - This is me, the owner of RobertKazinsky.org. My role is more on the technical side of things as I build the pages, upload content and take care of general maintenance.

Mena (aka Nurse M) - Mena has been in the Rob fan community for almost 2 years. She is probably Rob's longest fan on this site. Mena oversees the forum and also produces media content for the site in the form of pictures and videos.

Amber (aka amber3291, Night Owl Amber) - Amber is probably Rob's biggest fan, having met him a massive 10 times! You probably know her from her great pics of meeting Rob. Amber's role on the site is writing all the content for the EastEnders Episode Guide.

Kargo - Kargo is one of the biggest fans of EastEnders and the owner of EastEnders Online, the best forum on the net for EastEnders discussion. Kargo works on design stuff for the site, creating navigation bars etc...

Right now this is the full team. Nobody else is working on the site at all and only Neil has access to upload content. If anyone tells you they are helping on the site and they are not listed above, then they are not being honest with you.

Robert Kazinsky had attended a photoshoot for pictures to promote the upcoming British Soap Awards that are due to take place in May.

Robert Kazinsky will feature on an upcoming BBCThree special to celebrate the return of EastEnders favourites Patsy Palmer (Bianca) and Sid Owen (Ricky) The program will also pay tribute to the late Mike Reid (Frank Butcher), who passed away last year.

EastEnders: Ricky and Bianca, which transmits on Friday, April 4, will feature interviews with Sid Owen, Patsy Palmer, Charlie Brooks, Sophie Lawrence, while it will also pay tribute to late EastEnders legend Mike Reid.

The special programme – narrated by Michael French, who played David Wicks, Bianca's father – also has contributions from Laurie Brett (Jane Beale), Rob Kazinsky (Sean Slater), Rita Simons (Roxy Mitchell) and Kara Tointon (Dawn Swann).

Be sure to check out the latest issues of Soaplife and Inside Soap to see what will be happening in EastEnders for Rob's character Sean Slater. It looks like the build up to the highly anticipated Easter episodes will be exciting viewing. In particular, the soap magazines feature Sean hiding under a bed in very comical style!

Soaplife also contains short episode synopses for the upcoming fortnight, up to week ending 21st March.

Both magazines are on sale now!
